Returns made easy
Not happy with your new product? No worries. We’ll give you a full refund, not including delivery costs, if it’s unused.
You can drop off smaller items at one of our stores or send it back to us with your preferred courier. Whatever’s easiest for you.
For larger items you can also drop them back to any of our stores, or we can come and collect it from you for €35.
My product is faulty

Hygiene & Returns
We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange on the following goods once they have been removed from their packaging in the interest of hygiene: headphones, headsets, haircare, shavers, electric blankets, medical devices, and personal care items. This list is not exhaustive and returns are assessed on a case by case basis.
I don’t want the product
In accordance with your right of withdrawal when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.
Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order.
You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.
Exceptions from your right of withdrawal
Some products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, these are;
- customised goods or goods ordered to the customer’s specifications
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- any sealed software, sealed audio or video recordings that have been unsealed
- goods that are not suitable to return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons
- for services such as, but not limited to, installation if the services has been fully performed

My delivery was damaged or incorrect
We’re really sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged. To get this sorted out as fast as possible, just send some photos of the damage to the product and or packaging to our team members at email@example.com within 48 hours and include your order number in the subject line.
When will I get my refund?
You will get your refund within 14 days of returning your product. This will go back to your original payment method, except for partial refunds of humm finance payments. These are done via bank transfer.
