Induction hobs work with ferrous metal cookware that has a magnetic base. This includes most stainless steel and cast iron pans. Copper, aluminium, and glass cookware won't work unless they have a magnetic base layer.

You can use up to 4 pans simultaneously as the hob has 4 cooking zones. Each zone can be controlled independently at any of the 9 power levels.

The residual heat indicators show which cooking zones are still hot after you've turned them off. This helps prevent accidental burns when you're reaching across the hob.
