A True 1kWh Power Station That You Can Actually Carry

Most 1kWh power stations are bulky and awkward to move. The DJI Power 1000 Mini changes that. At just 11.5 kg and measuring 314 × 212 × 216 mm, it’s compact enough to fit in the boot of a car without taking over the space. It delivers 1008 Wh of usable energy — enough to run laptops, fans, LED TVs, routers, and speakers for extended periods.

DJI’s own lab testing shows it provides 40 minutes more runtime than the standard DJI Power 1000 when powering appliances between 100 W and 400 W, thanks to improved energy efficiency at those load levels.

Fast Charging When You Need It Most

The Power 1000 Mini goes from flat to 80% in just 58 minutes via AC input. It supports up to 1000 W of AC charging input (continuous at 800 W), so topping up between uses is quick and straightforward. You can also charge via USB-C at up to 100 W, or via the SDC input at up to 400 W — useful for solar panels or a vehicle’s 12 V socket.

Built-in Car Charger and Retractable Cable

A 400 W car charger is built directly into the unit, so there’s no separate adapter to carry or forget. The 100 W retractable USB-C cable is integrated into the body of the power station and pulls out when you need it, then retracts cleanly away. It’s a small detail that makes a real difference when you’re packing and unpacking on the road.

Multiple Outputs for Every Situation

For the EU/UK market, the Power 1000 Mini includes two AC output ports, one USB-C port (up to 100 W), one retractable USB-C cable (up to 100 W), two USB-A ports (12 W each), and one SDC output (9–28 V, up to 300 W). When both USB-C outputs are used simultaneously, the total combined output is 150 W, with the retractable cable providing up to 100 W and the port up to 50 W.

AC output runs at up to 1000 W continuous (800 W sustained) for high-voltage regions, with Bypass mode pushing up to 2200 W for brief peak loads.

LFP Battery Built for the Long Term

The Power 1000 Mini uses LFP (lithium ferrophosphate) cells, which are inherently more stable and longer-lasting than standard lithium-ion. The cells have passed nail penetration testing, and the battery retains over 80% of its capacity after 4000 charge cycles — equivalent to roughly 10 years of daily charging. This is a power station you buy once and keep.

Intelligent Battery Management

The built-in Intelligent BMS uses 10 temperature sensors to monitor heat dissipation across the unit in real time. If any safety limit is exceeded, 26 internal fuses trigger instant charge and discharge protection. You can monitor temperature and operating status live through the DJI Home app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth 5.0.

Engineered for Tough Conditions

The Power 1000 Mini is built from flame-retardant materials and can withstand drops and impacts without risk of open flames. It has a static pressure bearing capacity of up to 1 tonne, so it can take the weight of other gear stacked on top. A new potting process protects the inverter against condensation and salt spray, making it suitable for coastal camping or humid environments.

It has also been tested to operate normally at altitudes up to 5000 m — useful for mountain expeditions or high-altitude worksites where lesser units can struggle.
