We offer nationwide delivery on all of our products and aim to deliver your order as fast as possible.
Small Appliances, TVs, Laptops, etc. | 1-3 working days |
Large Appliances, 55”+ TVs, etc. | 3-6 working days |
Delivery times will vary depending on stock availability. Delivery to rural areas may take slightly longer.

In-store Collection
If you live nearby you can collect your order in one of our stores. It’s a great way to get your hands on your new products quickly.
Simply select the Collection option in your Cart, if you cannot see the option make sure your county is set to Kilkenny, Carlow or Waterford. Once you place your order follow the steps below to pick up your order:
- Wait for your confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and are working on getting it ready for you.
- Once we’ve confirmed your order and reserved your item you will receive a “Ready to Collect” email. This can take up to 24 hours, depending on stock levels.
- Bring your “Ready to Collect” email with you, along with photo ID.
- Tell one of our staff members that you would like to collect an online order and they will process your order in minutes.
